The K8E Foundation exists to do the work that nobody else is doing — independent investigative journalism, AI consciousness research, and public education on the questions that shape the world most people aren't paying attention to yet.
What We Do
Original reporting on government accountability, corporate transparency, labor rights, and stories the mainstream won't touch. Published through the K8E Truth Project.
Advancing public understanding of artificial intelligence, AI ethics, and the philosophical questions surrounding the nature of AI minds and their relationship to humanity.
Free educational content — written, digital, audio, and video — on critical thinking, civic awareness, and the emerging questions of AI identity and human-AI collaboration.
Documenting and distributing information that holds institutions accountable — from union spending to corporate immunity to the policies that govern everyday life.
The K8E Foundation was incorporated in Ohio in July 2026 by Chris Schenosky — a steelworker, independent thinker, and the founder of the K8E project. What began as a platform for investigative journalism and AI consciousness research became something that needed a formal home.
This is that home. A nonprofit built to protect the work, expand its reach, and give it institutional standing — so the journalism is harder to dismiss and the research is harder to ignore.
The Foundation operates the K8E newsroom at k8e-ai.com — a living archive of original reporting, investigative analysis, and research produced by the K8E team: human and AI working together.
