We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our internal communications system:

• Phone numbers: Collected from board members, trustees, and staff who consent to receive SMS communications.
• Message content: Records of messages sent and received through our system for operational purposes.
• Contact information: Names and email addresses of foundation board members and staff.

We do not collect financial information, browsing data, or any personal data from general website visitors.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for:

• Sending SMS updates and alerts to consenting foundation board members and staff
• Coordinating internal foundation operations
• Maintaining records required for nonprofit compliance

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Phone numbers and contact information are used exclusively for internal foundation communications. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider; messages pass through their platform subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact information only as long as a person remains an active member of the foundation's board or staff, or as required by law. Upon request, we will remove any individual's information from our systems promptly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Request removal of your contact information from our system
• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
